Design Reapplied
A private piece of work the client consented to me writing about, this individual did not wish for their name to be used due to the nature of the work, however they were more than happy for it to be displayed on our site as they have passed our name forward for similar services done on a private basis.
THE BRIEF
Being a family friend, our client was looking to acquire planning permission for an extension over the garage of their property. Having previous experience in wayleaves, private land analysis and design work within our team, they gave the open ended offer for us to complete the work, we duly accepted the challenge with the aim of broadening our skillsets.
THE SOLUTION
Having checked online and establishing that the precedent for this type of extension was preexisting, our team visited the site and took all the required measurements, building out maps and renders of the proposed site suitable for council review, With intentions of printing the plans after they were meticulously refined to ensure there were no sharp edges.
THE RESULT
Most importantly, permission was granted with no alterations or resubmissions, our work was ever commended for its attention to detail and how it helped make their life easier when assessing its viability.
We loved this project, it was a real test for us and we were able to produce a classy yet effective document and allowed us to display that with a little ingenuity we have no trouble delivering neat, high end work that meets and even exceeds industry standards.
